Daniel: 'No Idea' on the Theft

Daniel,
Thanks.
Perhaps you don't want to disclose your sincere views about the issue, especially so because you are a close associate of John Algeo's.
If you admit that Algeo stole Cooper's work, you will get into trouble. I understand that. But you do not need to say "you have no idea", Daniel. That is too much!
As to the evidence mentioned by Tillett -- as I remember it -- it includes something very simple. John Algeo simply had no time to do the research himself, or with his "editorial committee" (to which you belong, at least in name).
Algeo published his volume too soon for him to have possibly made his own homework. Hence, he must have stolen. Or, if you don't like the verb "to steal", let's say that Algeo made "an informal" use of Cooper's work, and he did this against the will of Cooper's widow, and clearly against the will of John Cooper's legal representative (dr. Tillett).
To justify himself, or to cover his actions, John Algeo said that Cooper's work had a poor quality and could not be used; which, according to Tillett is far from being the truth.
Any commentaries on that?
I will bring Tillett's exact words here on Sunday or Monday, so that you can comment them in a clearer way.
Thanks for your comments so far.
Carlos.
