So was this done in the Theosophy Company's edition of the VOICE?

Carlos Aveline might want to make some relevant comments on what Dr. 
Tillett has written above and how and if this applies to the TC 
edition.  I'm sure a few readers on Theos-Talk would like to know 
Carlos' thinking on this matter.
