The ULT is  no corporation.  It has no officers.  

All its workers are volunteers, except for a few Theosophy Co. employees.   They are united but for the desire to study Theosophy and to live by what they study, while serving the ideals of the theosophical movement. 

The ULT volunteer workers teach one another largely by example, which is consistent with the Pythagorean tradition and wisdom. 

The ULT has no "public discourse" and indeed it is often criticized for not answering to the criticisms made about it. 

One cannot be simultaneously criticized for being too silent and not answering to outside critics, and for having a "corporative discourse to the public".  

In time: when Caldwell, in order to develop his policy of sowing dissent, quotes "ULT's criticisms of Pasadena TS or Adyar TS", he usually has to go back to 1950 or to 1925.

Very much updated, this Caldwell, isn't he?
