Dear Rudy,
I guess you got the point here.
Blavatsky was indeed most clear in her proposal for rthe Theosophical Movement. As the Masters were.
In the Mahatma Letters, a Master refers to a Tibetan ceremony (probably New Lunar Year)to which he himself had to assist and take part in as "bubbles for children to play".
In the classical conception of the theosophical society, there is no place for rituals or for their distribution of 'degrees', 'positions' and other status symbols and fancy 'elegant' clothes.
Theosophists have other things to do.
