Carlos,
If one joins a Mystery School today, there is still very much a 
pledge of secrecy etc., and all lay chelas and all chelas are still 
pledged of silence and secrecy. So nothing is changed or will be 
changed in that for a very long time.

If the Masters will send a new chela to the Theosophical Movement 
with the purpose to open a new, real, Esoteric School, I am very 
much sure that there will be a pledge of silence and secrecy.
