<<Isn't the message in all the above something along the following 
lines: Even though the ultimate destination is the same each one begins 
the journey from a different place on the map? Therefore each one, by 
necessity, must travel different roads to reach that ultimate 
destination? So it seems one must always ask - is this a road named 
"Selfishness" a road named "Delusion", or a road named "Destination"

? Sometimes it helps to ask for directions, but in the end the key to 
truth will be found within. Each individual is his or her final authority.

Gary, I agree.  We are each on our own path.  The differentiation 
between selfishness, delusion, and destination, is a matter of personal 
discernment.  By our own example we can encourage others to likewise 
question their own path, however, in my opinion, any attempt to choose 
the path for another, judge the path chosen by another, or compare the 
road taken with the road not taken for another puts us on foolish ground 
where angels fear to tread.
