Of course, word-descriptions of any spiritual or inner experiences are like describing the yellow colour to one who has never seen.

Such a limitation is especially great when the writer did not directly experience anything in the group or organization he comments. 

>From my viewpoint, esoteric groups and training schemes will be authentic if they respect the autonomy of the learner.  The Philosophy is one, but each one has to create his own unique way to live it, and authentic esoteric schools, like the one founded by HPB, recognize this basic principle. 

Blind obedience is for authoritarian groups.
