Thanks. 

I do not have the time to answer it right now, because I dedicated some time for a longer answer to Pedro and have lots of emails in Portuguese language too.  But I guess the questions you raise below are not entirely new, or surprising, or uncommented by me. 

I will only say: once it is well-established that a falsehood is a falsehood, there is no need to circulated false dollars,  or poison.

Slandering is crime, but some slanderers avoid the Law.
