It is easy to answer to Daniel's gossip posted further below.

That Robert Crosbie had William Judge's confidence is a fact of History.  Crosbie had leadershp position in Judge's  T. S. In America.  That Robert Crosbie DESERVED that confidence can be seen by anyone who takes the trouble to examine the work (and the booklist) of the United Lodge of Theosophists today.  The trees can be judged by their fruits. 

The Pasadena Theosophical Society, the ULT, the Edmonton Theosophical Society and many independent theosophists around the world have a common respect for William Judge, and they all benefit from studying his books. Many a member of the Adyar TS also enjoys reading W. Judge.
