Thanks. 

There is not doubt that even in the case of SUDDEN ENLIGHTNEMENT, there must be a long and gradual training (often more than one lifetime) before it "suddenly" occurs... 

On the other hand, I guess the relationship between words and silence should be a conscious one,  in Theosophy. As much as possible.
