Thanks.  No doubt,  "The Theosophical Movement" is a key book which allows one to better understand the history of the movement. 

"The Judge Case", by Ernest Pelletier (ETS, Canada, 2004), is another one. 

"HPB", by S. Cranston, is also a central book. 

ULT's website  www.phx-ult-lodge.org  is an important place to visit.
