But, who says ideals NEVER lead to truth?
Did you yourself "decree" it?
Theosophy recomends the "ideal of human perfection". And so on.
Take a look, for instance, in the GOLDEN STAIRS (BCW, vol XII).
Have you heard about Plato? Good reading. Plotino, too.
