What time period does the fifth race cover?  Is it something 
measurable?

Some of the entities that I've directly encoutered upon the astral 
planes during my journeys there, have demonstrated intellectual 
capacities well beyond what our human species has demonstrated upon 
this earth, despite even the scope of our technological 
developments.  This has caused me to develop a base disregard for 
the intellectual achievements of our species.

When you refer to mental development, are you referring to the 
amplification of intellect, or something more?  It is my stance that 
our species is merely becoming more and more ignorant.  The chaos 
that we create in the world is the only evidence that we need to 
substantiate this.  Within the next month, I will go to meet with 
the archons again, and they will explain to me what my mortal 
instructors cannot.
