Can anyone give me details about the Fifth Root Race?

We are studying this in Theosophy class.  The teacher of the class is 
out of town for the next class session, so each of the students has to 
present something on each of the races.  So I have to present 
something on the Fifth Root Race.  It'd be nice if I could present 
something directly from Blavatsky's Secret Doctrine text.  All I need 
to do for Theosophy class is present a couple paragraphs perhaps, with 
maybe a couple of concise comments about the Fifth Root Race and what 
it is.

How is the Fifth Root Race differentiated from the other Root Races?
