Chuck,
It seems that I would only be allowed to mention the Vatican here, IF
Daniel would be indeed a Vatican's agent? And since he is not, the Vatican cannot be mentioned.
That's news for me.
I mention the Vatican as a paradigm of blind obedience which potentially applies to many other contexts.
