But you must remember that these matters depend on how vital the situation  
is to the people in power.  Nepal is probably going to end up as a  bloodbath 
and nothing else.  If it is something that involves survival, and  nuclear 
weapons do, no demonstration is going to influence anything.
 
I would love to see Radha try to get India to stop its weapons'  program.
 
Believe me, if George Bush decides to push the button in Iran, nothing  is 
going to stop him.
