Theosophy is a little more complicated than that.  There is no holy  writ, no 
received scriptures or divine inspiration, no matter how some folks on  this 
list may try to make it look that way.  And as everything finally  comes down 
to individual interpretation and experience, you are going have  people who 
disagree, sometimes very strongly.  Put simply, there are as  many theosophies 
as there are theosophists and as many truths as there are  people.  
 
Do not judge Theosophy or Theosophists by the mailing lists.  We will  argue 
like cats and dogs and then go out for dinner and enjoy each other's  company.
