If you give information to people who is absolutely unprepared to deal with
it, the disaster is much greater than anything that may happen by not giving
knowledge.
That is still no reason to withold it.
When I wrote my first book people made the mistake of asking me if I worried
about the material falling into the wrong hands. I responded with my usual
honesty that they were too late. The wrong hands wrote the book.
And it is true. In the minds of those who would even ask such a question, I
am have the wrongest of all possible hands.
