Even if one could demonstrate that the book was entirely false, there
would be no basis for a lawsuit.
However, there are numerous references to the Theosophical Society by
Blavatsky after 1885. Just looking at random, there is notably the open
letter she sent to the Indian members in 1890, called "Why I Do Not
Return To India" in the Collected Writings, volume XII, page 157.
