Bart -- I'm sure you aren't brow beating me, as you indicated a
while back.
If you look at the first post on this topic, I indicated only that
Tacoma had answered the TSA's Complaint and requested that TSA pay
court and legal costs. That was an announcement to let theosophists
(or Theosophists) know the suit existed and was in process in the
judicial system.
I then responded to your many questions and stated, as well, that
the court would rule on the merits of the case. I cannot say much
more about the facts of the case until litigation is complete.
