If you are interested in more information about this case, I suggest
you do what the "Aquarian Theosophist" did. Make written
inquirities. It saves much speculation.
The written inquiry and Betty Bland's written response denying the
TSA's involvement were published along with the letter from the
National Secretary's letter telling a member the TSA was suing on
behalf of its members.
After that exchange of written communication, the TSA's
contradictory position was beyond speculation. All letters were
published in the "Aquarian Theosophist," and you can find them there.
