Re: Theos-World RE: Tacoma Lodge Resists

Courts of law exist to determine these matters, Bart. The court
will determine the application of law after reviewing the case. If
John Scott thought he could settle the facts of the case on a free
discussion list, he could save a few bucks. This is why John put
property on the market to pay for court and legal costs until the
court determines the merits of the case.

You may have missed Betty Bland's initial denial that the TSA was
suing the Tacoma Lodge, published in the "Aquarian Theosophist." At
the same time, John Scott had a letter signed by the National
Secretary written to one of the Tacoma members stating that the TSA
was suing the Lodge on behalf of its members, also published in
the "Aquarian Theosophist."

One member of the Lodge was aghast that she had visited the Lodge
just prior to filing the suit and seemed so friendly. "She wanted
to take pictures of alll of us together before she left," he said.
Of course, process servers like to have pictures. The same way
bounty hunters do. Betty knew the suit was to be filed and to
pictures before she left -- in a most fraternal way.

attention. In fact that's all it takes, no boasts, just attention to
the activity of both sides.
