Hi Paul,

Welcome back! 

I can't help but notice that you hit the nail on the head, as usual, 
in your posts about recent events. Horrible as it all is, fraught 
with the worsd kind of human suffering right on our doorsteps, so to 
speak, I can't help but think that there is a bright side, that all 
these people aren't steeped in misery in vain. Surely the exposure to 
the world, to the US population, to anyone who turns on a TV or 
glances at a newspaper, of the egregious and even unconscious 
examples of man's inhumanity to man so vividly and incontrovertably 
displayed must surely penetrate the consciousness of many a poor 
ignorant blind soul, and the awakening of consciousness is the 
beginning of change.
