Thanks for your comments as always, hope your health and your current 
"projects" are doing well.

I might distinguish a possible difference in the term "copula" between 
the several of us:
I have the perspective that it refers too a feature that has a "copula" 
of thin lava crust that has cooled over a crater feature so that it seems to 
look artificially. Intelligently made. It occurred to me that others may not be 
operative form the same POV.
A second view I entertain is that there is no crustal lava cupola but 
only "lighting" effect that makes it appear so.

I, at this point am not sure how my view correlates with the others.

I agree all meteors do no of course hit perpendicular to the surface and 
that can be observed on the moon, Earth, and other bodies in our solar System.
However, the view I think is validated and subscribed to is that the moon 
in it's history once established in some pemanancy of orbit had acted as a 
"sweeper" if matter that was in the path of both the Earth and Moon in particular 
that matter that was in direct opposition of the direction of motion of the 
Moon which is why the vast majority of the impact crater appear uniform in 
feature and rough circularity.

I am not an Astronomer but wasn't it Cassini who published the laws 
governing the ratio of planetary orbital distribution and distance of formation of 
planetary Bodies in out system? Or was it Bodes Law? Can you remember?

I think the Plasma Theorems are interesting myself, I have read the site 
on "The Plasma Universe" and a few others, but it seems there is quite a ways 
to go to validation and agreement in general by Science and Academia at large. 
I much think the "Plasma" lies close to Blavatsky writings.

I would need to see a scientifically validated basis for speculation on 
actual orbital characteristics such you state before going into agreement on 
this. Can you perhaps point me to online content here, IWA? One problem is that 
the organizational features of each planetary body I don't think can in any way 
be viewed as permanent from beginning to present especially when it concerns 
parent and number of satellites as even today we see NASA constantly updating 
new additions of Moons and moonlets to our bigger Brothers Jupiter and Saturn. 
I can have some agreement as to plasma exchange between bodies in space but I 
do believe astronomically it requires very close proximity for this to create 
definitively altered surface features between bodies. The Glyphs carved on 
the Gate of the Sun at Tiahuanaco give a distance of 5.9 Earth Radaii between 
the captured moon and Earth during the cataclysmic period, at that distance ( 
23,381.7 mi. above Earth ) there may have been Plasma Interaction as the 
Figures on the gate hold the thunderbolt in hand.

I would like to read a paper where it is calculated the amount of charge 
in units generated such as the Negative Ground charge of lightning from the 
surface upwards of some of these postulated bodies and some mechanisms by which 
it can be demonstrated in laboratory and example where is actually detected and 
shown to have occurred in a body within our solar system, do you know where 
this is found? Plasma or electric units of charge or force will still need to 
comply with the Physics of moving units of mass on a large scale, enough to 
evacuate significant craters or features. Can you or leonid show this?
