It's obviously untrue. Except of one erroneous statment about 
Krishnamurti, the most of material is dedicated to Blavatsky;
really the most of it was written even before the activity of Besant.

Moreover, the later authors, among them CWL and AB, weren't convicted
in plagiarism, but had to manage with many of those charges against 
HPB laid out in the article.
