Utter nonsense. And if such a law existed there would be no way to enforce 
it.

Also, if anyony knows any other laws that ban occult practices, I'd be
interested to hear from you.

The only laws that could be enforced would involve fraud or may human 
sacrifice. Anything else has total first amendment coverage.

And of course, if the practices work, then any attempt to enforce such a law 
would only be a quick way to commit suicide.
