Chuck;
-I have seen someone experimenting with other people of our lodge,
with the wrong and forced interrupted breath.And I directly warned
the man,stop this,while it is not good for you.
So there are many idiots experimenting for having that, what they
cannot force.One gets when it will be time for that.
Or not.Evolution go's on and once everybody should have, that is what
I know and I think that all provided with uncertain knowledge should
be stopped.
Following the meditation in a restfull , harmonious group will not be
dangerous, but mostly they don't give good explanation on this.One
have to find out by him or herself. But here is no harm for that
directly, because one does not stay in that sphere, back in the
ordinary world one falls back to lower levels.
But there are m.i more factors given spontanious Kundalini and that
kind looks to me silly.Always one needs to go back down to earth, to
ground, him or herself.
