Of course I tend to be proactive in my responses to such things and I have a 
sound projector very similar (albeit smaller) to the one being proposed by the 
Israelis to use on recalcitrant settlers. A few seconds fire from this made 
the little noise-makers very uncomfortable and they found it convenient to do 
their basketball playing elsewhere.
