I did not mentioned noisy inside the houses, but in gardens around 
us, there is nothing one can do against that.Little children till 
very late in the evenings making noisy,while next day have to go to 
schools.So what about the boys and girls of 15? Which also have to go 
to school? And if one adult needs a little rest,that is only to find 
if everybody sit at school and working people are away.
