During several decades of my stay in India, I had known only two TS members
from Islam faith. Even in India, which has about 20% or so followers of
Islam, the membership in TS is very meagre even though almost all of them
do not speak Arabic. They use the language native to their region in India.
I do not know what are the reasons for such low participation in theosophy.

One thing I agree with you and recently I exchanged some posts about it,
and this of course you did not mention in this e-mail but in others. I
think there is a great need for theosophy to enter Middle East, I was even
during sometime trying to find someone interested in theosophy which speak
Arabian in order to make a theosophical site in the Arabian language. But
my efforts were useless.
