Not necessarily "sarky" (whatever that means) -- but the below quotes and
snide and sarcastic comments are entitled to at least a reasonable and logical
answer. :-)
And one might be ... That the below concepts quoted are simply MYSTICAL
GOBBLEDYGOOK, and while the motivation appears laudible on the surface, make no
sense from a truly perceptive and intuitive understanding of fundamental
metaphysics -- as extracted directly from the *Book of Dzyan* and its commentaries...
That are the foundation, along with the immutable "three fundamental
principles," of ALL theosophical teachings in this age -- which were simply "outlined"
in the *Secret Doctrine*... And, left for the "intuitive student" to
comprehend their metaphorical and intentionally "blinded" meanings for themselves
WITHOUT reinterpretation (for very good reasons that are obvious on the face of
it) by "New Age" channelers -- who apparently are the "FALSE PROPHETS" HPB
predicted would come forth after she was gone and twist the true fundamental teachi
ngs for their own pseudo theosophical and pseudo religious purposes... That
play, in some areas of their thinking and religio-political conclusions, whether
intentional or not, straight into the hands of the Dugpa enemies of the
Theosophical Movement -- which was started by Plotinus over 600 years ago, and
exposed to the world in this critical cycle by HPB ("outlined" for the casual
reader, and "completely" for the "intuitive student," as she said).
All that these later reinterpreters and promotors of their "New World Order"
dictatorial, messianic "Christ in the flesh" religion can give us -- claiming
it as a culmination of the Movement -- is, "doublespeak" ... Such as, turning
freedom into servitude, and love into hate... Evidenced by the subtle and
sometimes overt anti Semitism and anti Islamism promulgated by those pseudo
theosophists -- who, apparently, in their assorted writings gave out the
metaphysical foundation underlying the book on the "Nine Freedoms" and others like it.
(Although I have no negative comment on the teachings in these books where they
are in agreement with the fundamental principles of theosophy.)
Of course, this is my own judgment considering my over 60 years of open
minded metaphysical study of all the great Masters of Wisdom from Thoth-Hermes to
the Teachers of HPB -- noting their intuitively reasonable and logical
consistency with the fundamental principles -- along with a studied and comprehensive
comparison of their original teachings with all the writers of "New Age"
pseudo theosophical metaphysics that came after HPB. The twisted and distorted
mystical metaphysics which I found in their writings, is why most thinking
theosophists, who have made similar studies, recommend avoiding these later writers
-- which could only add to the confusion of theosophical neophytes. Although
there may be some values in these teachings, when taken in proper metaphysical
and ethical context, for the advanced theosophical student.
In my experience, after such comparison with all the original teachings, I
could see the errors and subtly wrong assumptions and discrepancies building up
right from the beginning in each book written by CWL, AB, and AAB. So, I
recommend that any students of theosophy, if they have any doubts, should do the
same as I and other "old timers" such as Dallas and Daniel have done, and check
it out for themselves, while making comparisons with a completely unbiased
and open mind. A good start would be to see what direct student/associates of
HPB had to say: (note: "AB" is Alice Bailey)

It also might be a good idea to keep in mind what HPB wrote about the subject
of false prophets in the recent articles quoted in earlier letters from
Dallas and Daniel.

(A theoretical scientifically consistent interpretation of theosophical
metaphysics presented in the "Secret Doctrine" -- based on the mathematical and
geometric *formulas* in the Book of Dzyan and the acceptance of accumulated and
comparative subjective evidential experience by Adepts and Masters of
antiquity.)

<<There is a complete dissertation on LOVE in the Second Freedom of the Book
"The Nine Freedoms".
A short excerpt:
"Love is an all permeating energy which is above mind. It is the third
degree manifestation of the Initial Creative Force.
The Initial Creative Force is but an energy which can bring about being,
Original Potential.
The second degree Creative Force is the energy which binds together this
potential - bringing manifestation.
The third degree Creative Force is that energy known as LOVE".
It is unfortunate that, in the main, theosophists never get further than
Blavatsky. She laid the foundation, but was not the last to express Truth.
The Nine Freedoms was channeled from a Lord of Karma, but of course is not
considered seriously by the ardent followers of Blavatsky. It does not
matter, but suggests that something is missing, which is Curiosity.
More sarky remarks are to be expected, I suppose.>>
