There is a complete dissertation on LOVE in the Second Freedom of the Book 
"The Nine Freedoms".
A short excerpt:
"Love is an all permeating energy which is above mind. It is the third 
degree manifestation of the Initial Creative Force.
The Initial Creative Force is but an energy which can bring about being, 
Original Potential.
The second degree Creative Force is the energy which binds together this 
potential - bringing manifestation.
The third degree Creative Force is that energy known as LOVE".

It is unfortunate that, in the main, theosophists never get further than 
Blavatsky. She laid the foundation, but was not the last to express Truth. 
The Nine Freedoms was channeled from a Lord of Karma, but of course is not 
considered seriously by the ardent followers of Blavatsky. It does not 
matter, but suggests that something is missing, which is Curiosity.

More sarky remarks are to be expected, I suppose.
