Hello Christina, 

Where the TS was incorporated is of no consequence -- since it was still 
"founded" in New York.

Nevertheless, the NONSENSE is that the "Masters founded the TS" -- which they 
didn't... As both you and I pointed out and have now confirmed. 

The other NONSENSE is that the Adyar branch of the TS is recognized or 
supported by those Masters -- who abandoned it years ago when AB and CWL twisted the 
Masters' teachings (as transmitted by HPB) to support their new pseudo 
theosophical religion.

Nuff said.

because HPB,Olcott and WJ formed the Society in America (nov 17 1875)

and they (planted)incorporated at Madras!(april 3, 1905)
