Nothing you can find on a single website can really tell you what it
is or how to cure it. It's something you have to experience yourself.
And it's something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

The problem is some greedy people will take advantage of the fact that
it appears to be almost incurable with some people. They will make
"perfect 100% reliable solutions" just to get people to buy their
product, when really it doesn't do anything. If anything, it has a
placebo effect, and will give people the confidence to help them deal
with it. But it doesn't cure the underlying cause.

It's different for everyone, though. I don't think it's just a
physical and mental problem, either.
