Hi Cass, may I advise you?

-So Again the master in the Law of Pharmacology:
Also the Herb salt is in combination with KCL or NACL or both and the
NACL gives
High blood pressure can possably be
a factor in combination with DNA structures from parents and emotions
I use Lo-salt that have 1 % Na- and the rest KCL

Cardiotrainings does not help me for that. That is only burning the
fats.
The weight of your total gets lower, more muscleweight back and also
not a lower pressure.
We find out that 2 glasses of red wine in the evening if you don't
drive car keeps the heart strong.

Powerplatetraining I have tested in a special program for myself.
Gives a nice feeling and works quickly on the muscles to get strong.

And if your underpressior goes higher then 110 , for some people
higher or lower, depends on a lot of things; I reached 120 for many
years but that was a risk for the veins,
(especially for one smoking) I hate smoke, not for that reason but in
my lungs I don't like tar or highway asphalt(also have tar in it) in
my nose and body!It does not taste and smell well.

The same for sal amoniac and licorice are bad for the pressure ,
except the natural laurel licorice.
I must write in telegramstyle for I have pretty little time.

If you have Dr Vogel herb salt in your country, take that.
Just a idea and free to take it or leave it.

By the way everything we eat too much will have its effects on the
body.
The most beautiful weight is the balance(harmony and equilibrium)
If you listen very well to the body, we knows what to eat and drink.
All in harmony with your personal requisites.
So stay healthy girls and boys or you are FIRED ( Mr Trumph)
