Dear Iain,
Leon is not asking for money but selling a product, its up to the public whether they want to invest in it or not. I think it is best to keep "big business" out of it as much as possible, as they demand their pound of flesh. By floating a company on the stock market, purchasing stock in that movie, gives the producers the artistic license they need to tell the story how they want to, and if the investor believes in the product and it succeeds it will give them dividends, if not, they are, at least investing their money in a project they feel worthwhile.
Regards
Cass

It would be wrong to ask for money, thats for movie producers to do,
Government Grants, product endorsements have been arround since the film
industry was founded. There is nothing stopping donations, get comanies
involved like Yves Sant laurant Power tools, Exon Oil, they give a slick
performance!! Armani concrete products, If that fails try the mafia!!
cheers Iain
