If you have windows XP, hold ALT + SHIFT + PRINTSCREEN and click ok.

It will turn everything to high contrast, large font mode. However
this will change the colors of windows and everything else. Use the
same key combination to turn it back.

There's also numerous other ways to increase font sizes of everything
in Windows XP. If you want to find other ways you can e-mail me
directly.
