Hallo Christina and all,
My views are:
Thanks.
It looks as a good contribution from Dane Rudhyar.
There is certainly some useful content.
I keep the website in the browser.
But his (appointed?) keeper of the treasures Michael R. Meyer
seems to have misunderstood his teachings to a certain extend.
This is what I get from reading the following.
http://www.khaldea.com/articles/ni1.shtml
I am referring to the articles section named: "A New Message for the New
Century"
He writes:
"Future-oriented individuals today do not need gurus and spiritual
teachers."
I have to disagree on that presentation.
What the students spiritually WANTS - is quite often not, what the student
spiritually NEEDS. There the importance of the teacher arrives.
But the teacher is only ready when the students is ready.
The teacher finds the student - it is not the student who finds the teacher.
When the student however truely knows, what it is in Need of, then
the ideas in Michael R. Meyer's article would have some bearing.
But this happens so very seldom these days.
First we need the Future-oriented individuals and students be picked out by
the relevant teachers.
Then after some training - Then - first then - they can walk themselves.
I find this view somewhat important to add to his interesting article.
I wonder if Michael is a member of a forum.

I am a bit sad though to read, that Dane is not referring to the Sufis as
early exponents of psychology on archetypes
at http://www.khaldea.com/rudhyar/toohuman.shtml
Maybe a synthesis or comparison of Dane Rudhyar and Idries Shah's writings
could be fruitful to undertake.
Anyone ready?
Just a few views.
