My experiences on OCR reading in the 90īs were also frustrating, I wonderif it has evolved from then, I hope so.
Thanks for your kind attention, I am saving in my pc as much as I can for further reading from the sources you mentioned..
I looked of APS references in Google but I got many broken links and out-of-contest articles, I didnīt dig too deep, just superficially.

There are several more articles by Sinnett online.
I have scanned them more than 10 years ago from his book "Occult 
Essays" (original printing, 1905). The OCR systems weren't very good 
in early 1990's, so they may contain the errors, for the articles 
weren't proof-read (I had access to the book for several hours only). 
Nevertheless someone has put them online.
