Don't send me email from Theos-Talk, 
I'll read the messages at the Theos-Talk Web site

If you signin to Theos-Talk, you can edit your
membership concerning MESSAGE DELIVERY. Here
are the 4 options:

* Individual emails. Send individual email messages.
* Daily digest. Send many emails in one message.
* Special notices. Only send me important update emails from the
group moderator.
* No email. Don't send me email, I'll read the messages at the Web
site.

By choosing the "No email" fourth option, you will NOT have your
personal email account clogged and cluttered up with emails/postings 
from Theos-Talk. 

Then when YOU want to read the most recently posted messages, just 
go to:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/theos-talk/messages

It's that easy.....No more deleting Theos-Talk emails from your own 
email account.
