Dear Perry
I meant that the Beauracracy still thinks itself above examination. That Truth is being sacrificed on the altar of politics.

Dear Perry, Cass, and all,

I read both the inquiry and the reply twice and still don't see much
connection between the two. Herewith some comments:

members of theos group so that we can stand as one in relation to
the CWL issue. I think it is time that they become accountable and
offer their proof that he was not a paedophile.

But Cass, Radha Burnier *does* offer "proof"-- "worthy members" say
he wasn't, and know more than Perry can possibly know, and anyone
who says otherwise is frustrated, malicious and untheosophical.
I wish I had experienced such a taste of the President for Life's
thought processes before investing an iota of hope for progress in
the TS! How ironic that this rant is followed by the claims:

authority to declare who or what is credible.

Except, of course, for the authority of the President for Life to
declare The Elder Brother, a work that has not received *any*
serious criticism as scholarly biography, the work of a "frustrated"
and "malicious" individual which it is "untheosophical" to discuss.
It's pretty evident to those with eyes to see and ears to hear who
REALLY is and has been for 20+ years frustrated, malicious and
untheosophical re: The Elder Brother.

The TS upholds the policy that
> every person has freedom to think and say what he considers to be
of value, within the limits of courtesy.

But that the TS in its publications and events has the authority to
impose restrictions on allowable thought and expression. For
example, this is a "wrong question": "what is the power that
Leadbeater holds over his supporters."

I didn't notice any reference to CWL's pedophilia in Perry's email
btw.

Paul
