Experiences which can be called super-normal can also come to a 
person who has NOT gone through initiation as described in modern 
Theosophy. Psychic constitution, inborn or developed, gives a person 
some siddhis and experiences. But these don't always indicate 
spiritual development. So these things should be understood in right 
perspective.
