Pedro:
If you mean an actual conference where people come, stay in a hotel, and
attend programs that others have been prepared, it's not something I have
the time or money to do. It can take dozens of hours, if not hundreds, and
someone has to handle thousands of dollars in various fees including
deposits and reservations.
Something less formal might be possible. It could be anything from an
evening gathering, a daytime picnic and get together, or people coming to a
resort, campground, hotel, or theosophical facility (if one of the
theosophical groups would lend a gathering place).
If something were arranged, people from all the theosophical lists could be
invited, although I'm skeptical that Anand Gholap would allow it on his
list.
If five or six key people said they were coming and would help out in
informal discussions or other activities, another dozen or two might come to
meet them and share in the activities. (Here I'm thinking of something small
and informal, although it could be tape recorded and the gathering shared
online.)
Have any further ideas or suggestions?

Just a thought: what about a possible theos-talk
conference?
