As Hartmann always used to say, the critics do not 
criticize Theosophy, but only their 
misunderstandings on Theosophy.

Similary, Annie Besant with her silly attacks on 
Judge did not citicize the occult doctrine of 
precipitation, but only her misunderstanding of 
it.
Perhaps she was just jealousy on Judge for not 
been able as a lay chela to precipitate Mahatma 
letters, too?
