The only court case in which Leadbeater was involved was that related to
the custody of Krishnamurti: India, 1913. Leadbeater admitted in his
evidence "teaching" masturbation to boys. He denied any physical contact
with the boys (contrary to his statements to the TS Committee) but stated
that he had sought to assist a boy overcome the necessity of circumcision
by "indicative action" (whatever that might have meant).
Well, I'm certain that Leadbeater had physical contact with the boys; I
would be greatly surprised if he never shook their hands, patted them on
the back, etc. It's the kind of physical contact that is up to question.

P.S. You might consider editing the Wikipedia article on Leadbeater.
I've already made one change myself. It stated that "all Theosophists"
believed that the "World Teacher" was coming. I changed it to "many
Theosophists."
