How can someone living in the lower manas teach others about higher manas. Didnt he have a conscience? Are you saying that to be spiritual/ethical you dont necessarily know the difference between right and wrong? What effect do you think this would have had on all the young boys who were placed in his care for their spiritual development. He boasted that masturbation of others was the lesser of two evils. He could have masturbated himself blind as far as I am concerned but nobody has the authority or justificationto psychologically damage a mind that is not even fully formed, that doesnt know the difference between right and wrong. If the spiritual kitchen is too hot he should have left it, not used it.
 
Sorry, but I really get riled about this subject, he shouldnt have inflicted his perversion on others.

If he was of that kind, then maybe he was clearvisioned ( that can be 
on several levels), but not enough to see that he was ethically wrong.
All the people living on that level cannot be spiritual.
