There were many Matthew, Mark, Luke and John's but only one Jesus. It is the message that is important not the Messenger.

"Time to repel attack when it is made. A danger lies here as if not wtched we might have an anti H.P.B. sect."
- William Q. Judge in a letter to E. Hargrove, Oct. 19th, 1893, see Appendix p. 223.

"An Inner Group was later formed by H.P.B.:. at London, so that she might give out teachings to be recorded by the members, and, if possible, teach them practical occultism. Of this Mrs. Besant, with George Mead to help her, was made the Secretary... But this did not make her a Teacher."
- William Q. Judge in the E.S.T. circular "By Master's direction", see Appendix p. 131.

Close examination proofs that Judge was until his death loyal to spirit andletter of Masters and HPB's words, whereas Annie Besant was only loyal to exoteric dead-letter interpretation. Obviously, this makes the difference between a real teacher and a self-styled would-be guru.

It seems further, that this conspiracy from within the TM continues until today.
