you should consult a good english dictionary (which I also 
do, as english is my second language, too) and re-read the 
1900 letter again.
Perhaps you will come to other conclusions.
She managed her so-called "ES" in quite the opposite of what 
the Master demanded.

I have a question. You say about Besant:

But in this letter K.H. give her some advises about the EST. 
I wonder if it is not a validation for the "Besant's EST"?
