The idea of hero, or heroic behavior, simply represents the
personification of our highest ideals. Our very evolution is
predicated upon the development of conscious ideals, and the
subsequent realization of those ideals in our daily lives. It is
important and very helpful, it seems to me, to create vehicles, such
as your play as you describe it, to enhance and illuminate this
process. A lot of problems result from a lack of consciousness. The
more light we shine on the subject, the more shadows will be
banished.
