Hello Dallas,

Glad the file came through. My computer skills are still rather primitive, and I'm certain that others can give you a better answer. I scanned the text with Adobe Photoshop CS, as if it were a photograph and put it in a PDF format, so as far as I know, there is nothing in the coding that can "recognize" the individual letters and words. In other words, there is no way to translate the text into a wordprocessing software. The only way I can think of for you to convert them to MS Word is to print out the pages and rescan them as an OCR file. You will need a scanner and OCR software to do this. I use OmniPage, which is best one I know of, but I have seen trial versions of another product (Iris, I think it is called) which you can download for free. But I don't think it is nearly as accurate as OmniPage. Once you scan it, you will need to carefully proof it for scanning errors. Actually, the whole process sometimes takes almost as long as it would take you tosimply re-type it.
Good luck.
